Committee of Concord, Mass. (subcommittee of Public Safety Committee) formed in 1917 to erect Roll of Honor as memorial to those who served in WWI. Chairman: Prescott Keyes. Efforts of Committee Recorder Florence W. Richardson in compiling listing of and biographical information on those who served were acknowledged in 1919 annual town report.
